Ristorante Anna dal 1968
In the heart of Forlimpopoli - "Frampùl" in the Romagna dialect - Ristorante Anna was born in 1968, which soon became a pillar of regional gastronomy. Founded by Anna Pasini and Antonio Casadei, the welcoming restaurant transformed the family passion for cooking into a profession that has spanned four generations.

The restaurant
From a simple trattoria - once a place to stop and eat along the historic Via Emilia - Ristorante Anna is today a pillar for the community of Forlimpopoli, just like fellow citizen Pellegrino Artusi was, who with his "Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well" marked the history of Italian gastronomy.
The restaurant is now run by the family's natural descendants, with a kitchen brigade that features Mirka and her grandmother Verdiana as its mainstays, often ideally compared to Marietta, Artusi's historic cook and housekeeper.
In the dining room, Stefano, together with his father Mauro, guarantees impeccable service, supported by a team of waiters who can also recommend pairings with wines from the rich cellar on display.
Ristorante Anna is not just a place to eat, but a real immersive experience in the true culinary tradition of Romagna, where every meal is a tribute to history, the territory and the family.
The cellar
The passion for great wines has led Stefano to create an open cellar, perfectly integrated into the premises, where prestigious bottles, or selected regional productions, are the protagonists.
"Our cellar is home to winemaking gems, with rare vintages and exceptional selections such as Sassicaia, Ornellaia, Solaia, Tignanello, Masseto, Biondi Santi and Gaja, as well as a significant representation of the best local and Tuscan labels.
Guests - explains the owner Stefano - can enter the cellar, look at the prices displayed and personally select the bottle that will accompany their meal, turning each visit into a personalized and memorable experience. For those who want to explore different references without committing to a whole bottle, we offer a wide selection of wines by the glass. Thanks to our innovative nitrogen machines, which replace oxygen with nitrogen to prevent oxidation, each wine served by the glass maintains its freshness and its organoleptic characteristics intact. "
The cellar of Ristorante Anna is not only a place to adequately store and protect the products, but a showcase of winemaking excellence, where the quality of the wine is elevated to a symbol of culture and tradition of good drinking.
